Mission : Ireland

Hi, I’m Dedra Reichardt and I hope by looking through this website you would see my heart and how you can get involved with the vision the Lord has given me for building His Church in Ireland. God has sent me into the nation of Ireland to help bring the good news, train up leaders, and equip believers to bring the light of the gospel to the hearts of the people of Ireland.

Why Ireland?

– Quick Facts –

  • Republic of Ireland population- 4.9 million
  • 1.8% born again (That means, of the 4.9 million in Ireland, only about 98,000 have made Jesus their Lord and Savior!)
  • Catholic leaders are now seeking the help of Protestant ministries
  • Nearly half of the population of The Republic of Ireland is under 25 years of age
  • Ireland is less evangelized per-capita than China 8%, Kenya 48% or India 3%

Europe has become one of the darkest, under-evangelized corners of the world. Many assume Ireland is a Christian nation. The Irish have religion through the Catholic Church, but many don’t have a relationship with God. They are frustrated with the Catholic Church and are abandoning their faith altogether. Not many of us realize the hurt and the battle the Church is facing in Ireland. The Irish need a revelation of the love God has for them. This is why The Lord is leading me to minister in Ireland!

About Me

I grew up in the Colorado mountains and was involved in ministry at my church from an early age. I’ve served in almost every aspect of the church; evangelism outreaches, media, and cleaning. I have a passion for kids and youth ministry, for worship, and discipling young people to reach their God-given purpose.

After High School, I attended Rhema Bible Training College. I completed their Student Ministries and School of Worship program but I had a stirring for missions and Europe in my heart. I went on to graduate School of World Missions in 2016 and after that, I knew my next step in life and ministry would be an international one.

In 2017, I moved to Limerick, Ireland as a missionary-nanny/ministry assistant for Brad and Amy Beebe (Beebe Ministries) who were serving missionary Pastors Jim and Jan Schmitt at World Outreach Christian Centre.

I worked as their assistant with children’s and youth ministry, served as children’s ministry director, homeschooled their two school-aged children and helped care for their new baby, and anything else they needed to free them up to do the work of ministry.

I am now in a new season assisting the Beebes with their upcoming church plant in Lucan, County Dublin, Ireland.

Action Plan

I am assisting Brad and Amy Beebe with a church plant in a village outside Ireland’s capital city, Dublin. Brad and Amy are pioneering this work in an area of 272,370 people and no life-giving church. Through this new church launch, we believe we can help them Find Peace through a personal relationship with Jesus, and Find Purpose as they discover their identity in Christ and the gifts God has given them.

Here are some of the aspects of ministry I will be directly involved in:

  • Building the worship team
  • Building the children’s ministry
  • Assisting Pastors Brad and Amy
  • Reaching into the community to bring salvation to the lost
  • Administrative work

Partnership

You can be a part of God’s plan for Ireland! You can partner with me by committing to pray for me and Ireland or by giving financially.

The Apostle Paul wrote it so well in Romans 10:14-15
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?”

Thank you for sending me to Ireland! Your faithful and generous support gives both you and me the means to carry out this mission in Ireland. Please prayerfully consider this opportunity of partnering with me today.
